Christian Saclier

I help organizations achieve business transformation by redesigning the way they innovate. I believe the next generation of leading companies will compete not only on the quality of their ideas, but on the strength of the systems that consistently turn those ideas into value. I call this an Innovation Operating System—an integrated set of capabilities that aligns people, strategy, design, R&D, AI, data, governance, culture, and ecosystems to create value at scale. As Chief Innovation Officer for Food Ventures at PepsiCo, and ex-VP of Design, I’m creating new food platforms beyond snacking—expanding into meals, new consumption occasions, and direct-to-consumer models, with a focus on accelerating commercialization and unlocking new growth through amazing brand experiences. I am a strategic leader working at the intersection of business, design, and systems change, with a mission to advance health, nutrition, and sustainability globally. Across Design leadership roles at PepsiCo, Nestlé, Novartis, and Roche, I have led innovation and transformation initiatives that connect strategy to real-world impact — from defining growth pathways to bringing scalable solutions to market. My work focuses on building ecosystems rather than isolated programs: aligning stakeholders, bridging disciplines, and enabling organizations to move forward in complex and uncertain environments. I am also an Associate Professor at ArtCenter College of Design in Pasadena, and a global keynote speaker on leadership, design-driven innovation, and the future of systems transformation, including the role of AI in shaping human-centered progress. Beyond my corporate work, I am developing a broader purpose initiative, MeAsHuman.com, aimed at unlocking human potential, through AI and technology, supporting the next generations through a holistic approach to innovation, growth and wellbeing. Today, my passion extends beyond innovation itself. I'm interested in the future of innovation leadership—how AI, design, systems thinking, and human ingenuity can redefine the way organizations invent, decide, collaborate, and grow. Whether I'm leading an innovation organization, advising executives, speaking with leadership teams, or exploring new ventures, my ambition remains the same: To help organizations build innovation systems that are faster, smarter, more human, and designed for the AI era. If you're exploring the future of innovation leadership, I'd love to connect.
