Mia is an innovation catalyst and ecosystem builder with over 14 years of experience transforming organizations through human-centric design and multi-stakeholder collaboration. As the founder of Fluid Labs, she specializes in creating pop-up innovation labs that help organizations achieve breakthrough results in addressing environmental, social, and business challenges. Mia has worked with organizations including The Emirates Group, GE, Accenture, Dubai Tourism, Emirates Foundation, Microsoft, and the Department of Culture and Tourism, among others, to design and manage innovation and startup programs from ideation to scaling innovation. Mia is the author of the forthcoming Collaborating with Life: Awakening Human Innovation in the Age of AI, an exploration of how we can shape our relationship with artificial intelligence to support human and ecological flourishing.
